How to Make Gluten Free Banana Pancakes

Before we get into the ingredients and recipe, we want to give you a few tips! When you’re making these gluten free and vegan banana oat pancakes, you’ll want to make sure that the oats are gluten free. We also suggest that you do not use quick oats – steel cut oats or rolled oats are preferred.

Once you’ve ensured that your oats are gluten free, blend them until they are a fine powder. Try to blend until you see no more oats present. We use this ninja for blending but any blender will work.

You’ll also want to use a ripe banana. Ripe bananas are sweeter, easier to mash, and on top of that – it’s a good way to reduce food waste.
