Lo Mein, Big Taste! In just 15 minutes… okay, this recipe took us a bit longer because we cook slowly but this was a 25 minute Lo Mein recipe for us.
Pinch of Yum is super easy to follow and we were super impressed by the taste. This recipe will require mirin so check the ingredients before you start cooking!

This recipe says that it will be ready in 15 minutes but don’t let the title fool you – you’ll need 2 hours to let you meat marinate. This recipe works great with thinly sliced flank steak and it will be one of our Favorite Family Recipes!

If you’re vegan or you want to avoid meat, stir fry with tofu is a great option! Tofu is a great source of antioxidants and it’s heart-healthy!
