Autumn Self Care – 44 Ideas That You’ll Love

by Tru and Well

Autumn means cooler temperatures, shorter days, and pumpkin spice everything. The holidays are around the corner and life always seems to become busy. That’s why we suggest that you focus on some autumn self care!

Don’t let yourself get lost in the hustle and bustle of the holidays, take some time to celebrate yourself!

Why is Autumn Self Care so Important?

We think that self care is important year-round but especially in Autumn due to the change of weather and shorter days. Shorter days means that you might wrap up your work day in the dark.

There’s less sun to enjoy during the day and this can limit outdoor activities. If you’re used to spending time outdoors after work, you’ll experience a big change in your routine.

On top of that, the crisp air has less humidity and our skin is more prone to getting dry. Don’t get us wrong, we love fall and it’s one of our favorite seasons, we just want to make sure that you prioritize yourself!
