  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 1 Tbs honey (optional)

We love the Spinach Queen because it’s packed with many vitamins, it’s easy to make, and it’s a damn good smoothie recipe! The pineapple adds in a perfect amount of tang while the blueberries give it a smooth, subtle taste.

  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 1 Tbs almond butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla dairy free yogurt

The Big Squeeze

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup orange juice (natural)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup vanilla dairy free yogurt
  • 1 Tbs honey (optional)

Blend until smooth!

The Big Squeeze is one of our other favorite smoothie recipes! We love the added protein powder and the orange juice gives it a sweet taste! Blend it to perfection and add some ice cubes if you’d like!

This one is great as a breakfast smoothie recipe because the orange juice will wake you right up!
