There are quick shorts (there are usually longer versions online that are linked) but this is a perfect summary that is packed with tons of information.
In just 7 minutes, you can learn about habits that will positively change your life. If you struggle to find time to listen to podcasts, this is for you! At 7 minutes for each episode, there are no excuses!
We put Jay Shetty on our list on purpose because he’s got a mix of inspirational and life lessons to share. Jay’s voice is super soothing and he’s got a way of putting your mind at ease.
We love that he has guests from all different professions and backgrounds while he transparently shares his story as well.

Sahara Rose claims to be your spiritual bestie and she comes through with her claims. Her energy is infectious and she’s always providing excellent messages about seeking out the life you want to live – how to discover your dharma.

We were drawn to Gabby’s podcast for some information regarding tackling anxiety. But when we listened through some other episodes, we were so pleasantly surprised. Dear Gabby is a podcast is a one-stop shop for spiritual, mental, and emotional healing.
